Spring LARPing is finally here. Let's hope the weather stays dry!

NERO

NCN will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, April 20th and ends on Sunday, April 22nd. The game will be held at Camp NEOSA at the IG location of Syrinx. It's $50 to PC and is free to NPC.

PRO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, April 20th and ends on Sunday, April 22nd. The game will be held at Raccoon State Park (PA) at the IG location of Woodhaven. It's $40 to PC ($50 at the door) and is $10 to NPC ($15 at the door). Food on Saturday is included.


Independent


Kishar! will be hosting a game on Sunday April 22nd! The game is at Paul Ruster Park (http://g.co/maps/bcvap) in Indianapolis. Check-in starts at 10:30AM, and the game runs from 11:30AM-5PM.

PRO will be hosting a 3 day event starting Friday, September 2nd and ending Monday, September 5th. The game will be held at Raccoon State Park camp 2 at the IG location of the Ebonmarr. It's $55 to PC ($40 with a good PC ratio) and is $25 to NPC, with a $10 discount if you pre-registered. This game wll be using 9th edition rules.

Alliance

Alliance South Michigan will be hosting a 3 day event starting Friday, September 2nd and ending Monday, September 5th. The game will be held at the MUCC Cedar Lake Outdoor Center. It's $75 to PC and I think it's free to NPC.

Conventions

The Origins Game Fair, the annual gaming convention in Columbus will be held this week starting Wednesday, June 22nd and ending Sunday, June 26th. It will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. For more information, visit the website.

As a note, yours truly will be there on Friday evening and Saturday, rocking a totally bitchin' press pass for, you guessed it, the LARP Ohio blog. Expect a review post on the blog next week.

PRO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, June 24th and ending Sunday, June 26th. The game will be held at Raccoon State Park (PA) at the IG location of Vindale. It's $30 to PC ($20 with a good NPC ratio) and is $10 to NPC. I do not know what edition of Rules PRO is using.

NERO SWV will be hosting a 1-day event this weekend on Saturday, June 25th. The game will be held at Camp Cherokee (KY) at the IG location of Stoneforge Highlands. It's $20 to PC free to NPC. This event will be using 9th edition rules.

Dagorhir

Einherjar will be hosting their June battle this weekend on Sunday, June 26th at Plum Creek, South Side in Medina. Weapon Check starts at Noon and fighting starts at 1:00 PM. It's $3 and minimum garb rules apply.

Northcoast NERO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting Friday, September 24th and ending Sunday, September 26th. The game will be held at Camp Tuscazoar at the IG location of Syrinx. It's $40 to PC ($50 without prereg) and is free to NPC ($2 for insurance).

OGRE will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting Friday, September 24th and ending Sunday, September 26th. The game will be held at Camp Lazarus at the IG location of Oasis. It's $40 to PC and is $10 to NPC.

PRO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting Friday, September 24th and ending Sunday, September 26th. The game will be held at Raccoon State Park at the IG location of Ebonmarr. It's $40 to PC (includes food, $10 extra at the door) and is $15 to NPC (includes food).

NERO Northlands will be hosting a 24 hour event this weekend starting Saturday, September 25th. The game will be held at Rolling Hills Cabins at the IG location of Gorgewrecker's Pass. It's $30 to PC ($25 to prereg) and is free to NPC.

Alliance

There are no local Alliance events this weekend. If you know of an event that might be a bit further away, drop the details in the comments! There is an Anderian Event, using a variant of the Alliance Ruleset. See below for Independent LARPs.

Independent

Exiles will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend, starting Friday, September 24th and ending Sunday, September 26th. The game will be held at Sycamore State Park Group Camping Location at the IG location of Silver Springs. It's $40 to PC and is free to NPC.

Anderian will be hosting their first 2-day event this weekend, starting Friday, September 24th and ending Sunday, September 26th. The game will be held at Lewis Arboretum. It's $10 to PC, but it's suggested that you bring your own food.

It's Labor Day weekend! Celebrate by attending a wonderful 'camping' trip, if you know what I mean.

NERO

WAR will be hosting a 2 day event this weekend, starting Friday, September 3rd and going until Sunday, September 5th. This event will be held at Camp Giscowheco at the IG location of Lumberton. The game costs $50 to PC ($30 for players with good NPC ratios) and is free to NPC.

PRO will be hosting a 3 day event this weekend, starting Friday, September 3rd and going until Monday, September 6th. This event will be held at Raccoon State Park in PA at the IG location of Ebonmarr. The game will cost $62.50 to PC ($47.50 with a good NPC ratio) and is $25 to NPC, but these costs include tavern on Saturday and Sunday. There is also a $10 late fee for players who do not pre-register.

Alliance

Alliance Ohio will be hosting the 3 Day National Alliance Event this weekend starting Friday, September 3rd and ending Monday, September 6th. The game will be held at Camp Tuscazoar. The game will cost $60 to PC ($10 extra without pre-registering) and is free to NPC. In addition, players eating on site will be expected to pay $15 for the tavern.

NERO PRO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend, July 2nd through July 4th. It will be taking place at the IG town of Vindale. The game will cost $35 to PC ($25 with a good ratio) and $10 to NPC, with an additional $10 fee to register on-site (preregistration is already closed). The game will be at Raccoon State Park in Pennsylvania.

Independent

Triumph will be running a 1-day event on Saturday, July 3rd. The game starts at 10:00 AM and will run until 8:00 PM at Sycamore State Park. I couldn't find what the cost was at the website, so if anyone knows, I would appreciate the input!
