NERO SWV will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, May 4th and ends on Sunday, May 6th. The game will be held at Camp Cherokee (KY) at the IG location of Borderlands. It's $50 to PC ($40 with prereg) and is free to NPC.

Independent

Triumph will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Saturday, May 5th and ends on Sunday, May 6th. The game will be held at Sycamore State Park. It's $35 to PC ($30 if you prepay) and is free to NPC, with a $5 suggested donation for food.

NCN will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, October 28th and ending Sunday, October 30th. The game will be held at Camp NEOSA at the IG location of Syrinx. It's $45 to PC and $2 to NPC (for insurance). This game wll be using 9th edition rules, and will be a horror-based murder mystery. For more information, visit their forums.

OGRE will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, September 23rd and ending Sunday, September 25th. The game will be held at Camp Myeerah at the IG location of Oasis. It's $40 to PC and is $10 to NPC. This game wll be using 9th edition rules.

Vandlar will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, September 23th and ending Sunday, September 25th. The game will be held at Lewis Arboretum. It's $55 to PC ($40 if you pre-registered) and is free to NPC, but all players must pay an additional $10 for food.

NERO Northlands will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, August 12th and ending Sunday, August 14th. The game will be held at the Rolling Hills lodges at the IG location of Redstone Village. It's $40 to PC ($35 with pre-reg) and is free to NPC. This game wll be using 8th edition rules.

Einherjar will be hosting their July battle this weekend on Sunday, July 15th at Plum Creek, South Side in Medina. Weapon Check starts at Noon and fighting starts at 1:00 PM. It's $3 and minimum garb rules apply. Note: This battle is not scheduled for the third Sunday in August.

It's $30 to PC ($25 per person for a group of four or more), but I do not know the cost to NPC. This Event will be using 8th edition rules.

Independent

Exiles will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, July 22nd and ending Sunday, July 24th. The game will be held at Sycamore State Park group camping location, at the IG location of Silver Springs. It's $40 to PC and is free to NPC.

Conventions

The Origins Game Fair, the annual gaming convention in Columbus will be held this week starting Wednesday, June 22nd and ending Sunday, June 26th. It will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. For more information, visit the website.

As a note, yours truly will be there on Friday evening and Saturday, rocking a totally bitchin' press pass for, you guessed it, the LARP Ohio blog. Expect a review post on the blog next week.

PRO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, June 24th and ending Sunday, June 26th. The game will be held at Raccoon State Park (PA) at the IG location of Vindale. It's $30 to PC ($20 with a good NPC ratio) and is $10 to NPC. I do not know what edition of Rules PRO is using.

NERO Elkins will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, May 13th and ending Sunday, May 15th. The game will be held at Camp Mahonegon (WV) at the IG location of New Antracitusia. It's $50 to PC ($41 if you pre-reg), and is $10 to PC ($1 if you pre-reg). This event will be using both 8th and 9th Edition rules, so bring both copies of your sheet.

NERO SWV will be hosting a 1-day event this weekend on Saturday, May 14th. The game will be held at Daniel's Place (KY) at the IG location of The Borderlands. It's free for both PCs and NPCs. I am not sure whether this is 8th or 9th edition rules. Please post in the comments if you know which one it is.

Alliance

Alliance South Michigan will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, May 13th and ending Sunday, May 15th. The game will be held at Camp Kiwanis (MI). I am not sure what the cost of this event will be.

OGRE will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting on Friday, March 18th and ending Sunday, March 20th. The game will be held at Chief Logan Reservation at the IG location of Starlen's Crossing. It is $40 to PC and is $10 to NPC. I believe this event will be using 8th Edition rules.

Note: Both of these Events are being held at camps with "Chief Logan" in the name. NERO SWV is being held at Camp Chief Logan in WV, and OGRE is being held at the Chief Logan Reservation in OH. Don't mix them up!

We're nearing the end of the season, but there's still some LARP to be had in Ohio!

WAR will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting Friday, December 3rd and ending Sunday, December 5th. The game will be held at Camp Oyo at the IG location of Ashton. It's $50 to PC ($30 with a good NPC ratio) and is free to NPC.

Northcoast NERO will be hosting a 2-day event this weekend starting Friday, December 3rd and ending Sunday, December 5th. The game will be held at Camp Muskingum at the IG location of Port Windless. It's $40 to PC and is free to NPC, but any players playing for free must bring $2 for insurance. There is also a $10 door fee if you do not pre-register on the forums (although you can pay at site) In addition, if you plan on PCing the next Windless events, you can pay $70 for both.
